Canada / UK / US / EMEA Virtual & In-Person Residential

Project documents, mood boards, and updates will be sent here.

Useful for voice notes and quick updates across time zones.

Your project location — helps with scheduling, service availability, and any coordination.

We'll use this as our main channel throughout the project.

Cookie Home Studio is based in Toronto (EST/EDT, UTC−4/5). Knowing your time zone helps schedule check-ins without back-and-forth.

I'll schedule calls and check-ins that work across both time zones.

Cookie Home Studio operates primarily as a virtual studio — design direction, planning, and sourcing are all managed remotely. In-person sessions may be available depending on your location and project scope.

Rough numbers are fine — this helps me gauge scope and timelines.

Select all that apply.

Refresh / Update — the structure and key furniture stay. We layer in new pieces and styling around what's already there.

Full Redesign — a fresh perspective on the space: layout rethought, key pieces replaced, a cohesive direction built from the ground up.

Select all that resonate — we'll refine together.

No design vocabulary needed — tell me what you love, what you're drawn to, or how you want people to feel when they walk in.

Think mood over style — "calm and intentional when I wake up" tells me more than a label.

A Pinterest board, Instagram saves, or a designer you admire — paste a link, or bring it to our first call.

This covers furniture, décor, and soft furnishings — the design fee is quoted separately. Select your currency, then choose the range that fits.

Please note: 3 months is the minimum timeframe for any project, including focused refreshes. Full-service design — covering concept, sourcing, procurement, contractor coordination, and installation — typically takes 6 to 12 months depending on scope, budget, and logistics.

Rental projects often exclude permanent changes — drilling, painting, or removing fixtures. Knowing your limits upfront means the design works within them from the start.

Furniture you love, sentimental pieces, or things you definitely want gone — tell me now so I'm not designing around assumptions.
